Cancellation within 24 hours and prior to shipment of merchandise. If your order has already been shipped, shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping and handling charges via UPS within the 48 states are included in all pricing (unless otherwise specified). Shipments via USPS to HI, AK, Canada and outside the 48 states are subject to additional charges. Please call toll free (888) 462-2720 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details. Shipping is not free and will not be refunded in the event of product return.
Orders are generally filled within 24 to 48 hours. If the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified with an ETA and given the opportunity to cancel, substitute or back order.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance:
(a) Merchandise must be in its original packaging, as shipped.
(b) Sample items are not returnable.
(c) Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged.
(d) Return authorization number must be obtained prior to return by contacting us via email at email@example.com. Return Authorization number must be displayed clearly on the outside of the return shipment.
(e) Refunds will be issued for merchandise value only. No refund of shipping charges.
(f) No returns after 30 days from purchase.
Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
ITEMS WITH GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES
If a purchased item includes a manufacturers guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty from the original manufacturer for repair or replacement.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us within 10 days of the date of shipment of your order, and your claim will be processed. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, U.S. Postal Service must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
We go to great lengths to assure our products are of the highest quality. But, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Just tell us whether you prefer a refund, replacement or exchange, and we'll be happy to accommodate you within this policy.
Your privacy is important to us. We will use the information you provide to us to complete the transaction you request, be it an order, a repair inquiry, or any other request. Your credit card information will be shared with our credit card processing vendor to complete your transaction. From time to time we may contact you to inform you of recalls, new products, special sales and offers, and to follow up on any transactions. We reserve the right to use contact and order info for these and any other purpose. As standard operating procedure, we log the computer-assigned IP address in our server log automatically.
