For service in North America or Worldwide for your Russell Hobbs product, please carefully package and ship your item to the following address:
» You will need to include $10.00 to cover the evaluation fee.
» You will need to include your return shipping address and a daytime phone number where we can reach you with your repair estimate.
» Allow approximately one week for your appliance to reach us and to be evaluated.
» If you choose to have your repair completed, you can pay by either check or credit card.
» Keep in mind that repairs paid by check may take up to 2 weeks to process.
» Credit card repairs are generally completed and shipped the same day.
» If repaired, your evaluation fee will be applied to the return shipping charges.
Replacement parts are also available, but please be advised that there is no warranty on any parts not installed by authorized service.
